Citrus Links
SARDI
The South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI) is probably Australia's most comprehensive technical site for primary production. It contains a very useful section on Australian citrus.

Ultimate Citrus
Ultimate Citrus are a very, very large US site with a wealth of information about US citrus production and the North American citrus industry. There's nothing quite like it anywhere else on the Net.

John Holman and Company
John Holman and Company are our agents in Melbourne, Australia. One handy feature of their web site is an "Availability Calendar" for all the fruits and vegetables they handle. If you live in Victoria, this lets you know when particular types of fruits and vegetables are likely to be in the stores.

Grove Fruit Juices
Grove Fruit Juices are a Brisbane-based fresh fruit juice company who purchase Gaypak mandarins to produce fresh mandarin juice for the supermarket trade. If you need mandarin juice for any of our recipes, we recommend this brand.

Citrus On Demand
Gaypak produce citrus between February and September each year.

Our sorting, grading and packing facilities are the most modern in the world. They allow us to provide our customers with uniformly high quality fruit from one harvest to the next.

In addition, our sunny Central Burnett orchards produce some the best-flavoured citrus in Australia and allow us to bring it to market several weeks before southern orchards can even begin to harvest.

This has made Gaypak mandarins and citrus a byword for taste, freshness and quality.
